Art Requirements & Fees Setup Policy
Art can be uploaded on each product page or you may Email Art files to: cheers@distilleryproducts.com We have no setup fee policy with usable art file formats.
Artwork Requirements: All orders should be accompanied by artwork in an acceptable format.
There is NO LOGO SETUP CHARGE for artwork submitted in an ACCEPTABLE VECTOR FORMAT.
A vector file is used for the etching process. (.ai, .cdr, .eps, or vector .pdf )
If a raster file (.jpg, .png, .gif, scanned image, .bmp) is submitted, it will need to be recreated as a vector file for etching and a $35 vectorization fee will be applied. Larger Images (10x10+”) will result in a higher quality vector.
PLEASE NOTE: IF A RASTER IMAGE IS SAVED IN A VECTOR FORMAT, THAT DOESN'T CHANGE THE ACTUAL ART INTO A VECTOR IMAGE. A true vector file will be requested and if none is available a vectorization fee will be applied.
Text Requirements:
All typefaces in the logo must be expanded to objects/converted to paths or the font/s should be sent with the logo as .ttf or .otf filetypes. Similar looking typeface will be substituted if necessary.
To be legible when etched on glass, text must be .08” in height or larger when the logo is sized down to the engravable area. Our design team can increase text size in a logo and make other minor adjustments for a high quality etch, which will require client approval.
All Art fees will be quoted and need budget approval prior to any design work. The average art charge even if we are converting file formats or a sketch is a low nominal fee. Just send us what you have and we will provide an art quote.
Imprint Size: We reserve the right to resize your logo in order to fit the imprinted area of the items you have ordered.
*Permission for Reproduction of Logos, Trademarks and Copy Rights is the sole responsibility of the customer. Distillery Products will not be held liable under any circumstance in agreeing to print any submitted artwork.*
