I’ve placed my order. What happens next?

Once your order is placed, our team reviews your artwork and order details. Shortly after we receive your artwork, we’ll send digital mockups to your email for your approval — and at that point you can communicate directly with our graphics team through the digital link provided. If everything looks good and you click Approve, we’ll move your order into production. If we have any questions or need clarification, we’ll reach out right away. Standard production time is 7–10 business days, plus shipping.

What are the artwork requirements?

We can work with most artwork formats; however, vector files are preferred for the best engraving results. Accepted file types include:

.ai
.cdr
.eps
.pdf (vector PDF preferred)

Can I get my order expedited?

We’re always happy to accommodate specific deadlines. If your order needs to be delivered sooner than our standard 7–10 business day production timeline, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.

Is HD engraving permanent?

Yes. HD engraving is permanent for the life of the item because material is physically removed from the surface to create the mark. This means the design will not fade, peel, or wash off.

Can I buy blank glassware or barware?

Yes! If you’re looking to restock your distillery, bar, or liquor store and don’t need engraving, we offer many items without logos. Browse our blank product options or contact us for availability.
