All content appearing on the Distillery Products website, including but not limited to product listings, product photography, images, graphics, product descriptions, specifications, written content, designs, illustrations, videos, and other original materials, is the property of Distillery Products LLC (“Distillery Products”) or is used by Distillery Products under appropriate authorization.
1. Ownership of Website Content
Distillery Products retains all rights, title, and interest in its original website content and materials. This includes, without limitation:
- Product photography and product images
- Product listings and descriptions
- Product specifications and measurements
- Product names and presentation
- Custom engraving examples and artwork created by Distillery Products
- Website graphics and marketing materials
- Videos and other visual media
- Original written content
- Product comparison charts, tables, and other compiled information
- Images showing products, packaging, engraving, branding, or applications
The compilation, arrangement, presentation, and original expression of this content are also protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
2. No Unauthorized Use
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Distillery Products, no person or business may copy, reproduce, download, modify, alter, distribute, republish, display, transmit, sell, license, or otherwise use Distillery Products' original website content for commercial or promotional purposes.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, using Distillery Products' product photographs or listings:
- On another website or ecommerce store
- On Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, or other marketplaces
- In catalogs or sales sheets
- In advertisements or marketing materials
- On social media or other promotional channels
- In supplier or distributor listings
- In presentations or sales proposals
- To create derivative product listings or marketing materials
- To represent another company's products or services
Downloading, copying, or reproducing an image or product listing from the Distillery Products website does not grant permission to use that material.
3. Product Photography
All original product photography created or commissioned by Distillery Products is protected content. Product photographs may not be copied, cropped, edited, recolored, digitally altered, traced, reproduced, or republished without prior written authorization from Distillery Products.
The appearance of a product in a photograph does not grant any third party a license to use the photograph itself.
4. Product Listings and Descriptions
Distillery Products' product listings, descriptions, specifications, measurements, marketing language, and other written materials may contain original content developed through Distillery Products' own product development, photography, research, and marketing efforts.
Third parties may not copy or substantially reproduce these materials for their own product listings, websites, catalogs, advertisements, or other commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Authorized Customers and Business Partners
Being a customer, wholesale account holder, distributor, supplier, or business partner of Distillery Products does not automatically grant permission to reproduce or republish Distillery Products' website content.
Any authorized use of Distillery Products' photography, product descriptions, graphics, or other materials must be specifically approved by Distillery Products and may be subject to additional terms or restrictions.
6. Third-Party Trademarks and Customer Artwork
Certain logos, trademarks, brand names, product designs, and artwork displayed on the Distillery Products website may belong to third parties or Distillery Products' customers. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in this policy grants any person or business permission to reproduce or use third-party trademarks, logos, or copyrighted artwork.
Distillery Products' ownership of its own photography, written content, product presentation, and other original materials is separate from any intellectual-property rights belonging to third parties.
7. Enforcement
Distillery Products actively protects its intellectual property and website content. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Distillery Products' content may constitute copyright infringement, unfair competition, misappropriation, or other violations of applicable law.
Distillery Products reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable federal and state law, including the right to request immediate removal of unauthorized content and to pursue appropriate legal remedies where warranted.
8. Permission Requests
Requests to use Distillery Products' product photography, product listings, written content, graphics, or other website materials should be submitted to Distillery Products in writing before the material is copied or published.
Written permission from Distillery Products is required unless a specific use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
9. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Distillery Products LLC.
